Norajanah is very special to us. She was pleasant in greeting us while admitting our child for surgery. She was very concerned about our child’s care and delivered it with love. She understood our requests regarding our child and emphasized. Also clearly explained what we needed to do at home. As parents we were very satisfied with her approach during our stay here; my son has Down Syndrome and the understanding approach, competence, clear explanation, compassion, and empathy were important. Norjanah had all these qualities. Keep it up and keep doing good.
