True kindness and compassion is hard to find. Norma demonstrates this in every way. She took the time to go the extra mile. She explained everything she was doing and always smiled. She went out of her way to change the bed and bring my pain medication on time. She came in every 30 minutes to an hour to check on me. She also helped my husband, but most important, she loves her patients and treats them like family.
