During my stay, Norma assisted me by helping me get my wife an anniversary card from the gift shop. She escorted me to the shop and assisted in helping choose the correct card. She suggested I get flowers also, but they were not within my budget. That evening when she went home, she went outside, in the dark, with a flashlight and selected flowers from her own garden and made a thoughtful arrangement and delivered it to my room the next morning, allowing me to give my wife a little something special for our anniversary. Her kindness exhibited for two strangers gives us faith in the nursing field, and it just shows the world what lengths they are willing to go just to spread a little joy. Thank you, Norma.
