Norma spends countless hours setting up programs like the Rheum Points rewards program that encourage patients to be active participants in their care. She remembers her patients, always returns ourcalls, and explains treatments, options, etc. Norma always keeps the patients and their families in mind. She celebrates all the little things with music and puts confetti in the mail! Norma does the Arthritis Walk to show her patients that she is advocating for them. In the seven years that we have been receiving care for chronic conditions, Norma is the best.
