Norma has been beyond an exemplary nurse through my stay at Florida Hospital. She even helped me through stressful moments when I was unable to sleep and helped me to get anything needed to ease my stress. She was very helpful with my walks due to my c/section and went over steps to take to make things easier. She was very informative and attentive to our needs at all times. She made my experience a happy and pleasant one at Florida Hospital.
