Normalyn Roth, RN

Normalyn says she chose to work at MHHS because she knew that Covenant Health cares greatly for both their patients and their staff. She says her inspiration is patient advocacy. Normalyn says her greatest accomplishment is advocating for her husband when he was misdiagnosed with an illness. When asked what the DAISY Award means to her, Normalyn said “This Award affirms that even the smallest acts of kindness can go a long way.”
