norman lachance, RN

The story I want to tell is about Norman LaChance RN. He has been an RN for 41 years and at BHIP for 21 years. He also has his BA in Arts and History. Norman is a book of knowledge - the nurse to go to for correct procedures plus policy protocols. Norman is an OR circulator in our ASC but frequently does PostOp Care also. The patients love him and he does a wonderful job to assist and educate the postop patient. He always does what he is asked, I never have seen him negative or upset. I appreciate him and all his help - I want other people to recognize what a team player and super nurse he is.
