Ms. Nour takes extra responsibility as a wound care nurse in the hospital. There was a great improvement in pressure injury rate after she was handling wound care. She reports pressure injury outcomes biweekly. She has a successful story for reducing hospital-acquired pressure injury (HAPI) from 13 patients in February 2023 to 4 patients in December 2023. She works with the team of high-risk population units to decrease the number of HAPI. She collaborates with all interprofessional teams in the ICU and cooperates with her colleagues in delivering nursing care for the patients.
