Nour goes above and beyond her normal nurse duties. She is always cheerful, never complains about her assignments and finds a challenge taking care of our more difficult patients. Families and patients respond to her cheerful nature. She is not afraid to learn new things and seeks out ways to improve her skills. She puts a smile on my face when I see that she is on the schedule.
I have met few nurses who are as caring, empathetic, and willing to go above and beyond, treating all of her patients as if they were her family. Often I see her sitting down next to a patient in their room, simply listening to what's on their mind. Nour always brightens the unit while she is here, and always makes patients laugh, especially when she practices her Spanish with them. Nour is a true DAISY Nurse!
