I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Nurse Noura Jomaa (80136) at Al Ahli Hospital.

This morning, I had a very difficult experience while receiving my daily antibiotics. Multiple attempts were made by other nurses to find a vein, resulting in several painful tries. After four unsuccessful attempts, the pain and discomfort had become quite overwhelming, and I was feeling uneasy and anxious.

When Nurse Noura Jomaa came in during the day shift, the difference was immediately noticeable. She approached the situation with calm confidence, professionalism, and genuine care. Within just a few minutes, she found the right spot with precision. Most importantly, she made sure she was certain before proceeding, which made a huge difference — the pain level was minimal compared to the earlier attempts.

Her kindness, patience, and attention to detail truly stood out. She not only performed her task exceptionally well, but also restored my comfort and trust after a very stressful experience. It is clear that she goes above and beyond for her patients. Noura is an outstanding nurse and a true asset to Al Ahli Hospital. I am very grateful for her care and professionalism, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves.
