Before Christmas, Nova found out one of her patients did not have a winter coat. It was freezing outside and that wasn't something Nova could take.
Nova and Dr. M purchased a new, warm coat for their patient, wrapped it and put it under the tree in Dr. M's office to give to the patient at her next visit.
It was more than the patient expected from her visit that day, and she was so grateful. Nova goes the extra mile for her patients all the time but especially this one!
