The Nursing Administration Department team consists of our Staffing Office, Patient Relations, Projects, Leadership, and Nursing Supervision. I am most proud of all the things the department has achieved over the last year. Kara Harvey-Schultz, Becky Heyduk, and Melisa Kalies consistently go above and beyond by assisting with project management, staffing, patient relations items, and all those other duties as assigned, such as helping and organizing our award ceremony and Nurses Day celebration. This team has really focused on staff engagement. Our supervisors consist of the following individuals: Micki Warpinski, Hillary Johnson, Carla Christian, Jackie Hilke, Tina Last, Barb Hennes, Dana Hill, Michele Meyer, and Kayla Kiefer. This group has lead the charge after hours management of our hospital. They have gotten creative with the “other duties as assigned” with security, deliveries, pharmacy, and staffing needs. They also lead by example and a point of reference. All create connections with the staff on the units and go above and beyond to ensure all staff are well taken care of. Often they will take out the Wellness Cart for the shifts on the weekend and pms and nights. I am most proud of how they take care of one another. Finally our Leadership team of Brianna Neuser, Amy Skarvan, Amy John, Jason Zellner, Debra Warner, Nicole Wagoner, Jennifer Wellner, Emily Halla, Nicole Naidl, Bethany Kranz, and Jeremy Sehloff. Without any of you, we wouldn’t be where we are today. I thank you for putting our patients, families, and our staff first. Your caring and compassionate leadership helps drive our success.
