She brightens every unit she is in with her quiet smile. Always compassionate and kind, Nydia works well with everybody. She always takes care of the patient's needs. I have seen countless situations where she has de-escalated situations with patients using her nursing skills, calm demeanor, and kindness. I'm fortunate to work with her.

Ms. Nydia has provided excellent patient care and is a great team player. Day or night, she is there to help and make the patients feel welcome and happy. There are days with multiple things going on, and her calm approach always brings us back, making everything okay.
