Nykol Brainin, RN

Nykol Brainin is so great because she really cares. She is a hard worker, and very pleasant. Being in the hospital can be scary to say the least, no matter the age. I appreciate that she answered all my questions respectfully and clearly.  Nykol made my stay welcoming, and I felt less anxious. It’s clear being a nurse takes a lot of work, dealing with personalities, some of which are unkind and/or rude. Nykol set a very fine example of being pleasant regardless. She was quick to offer assistance concerning my medication. Making sure I was comfortable. Nykol is just a good person who is an excellent nurse and a people person. She treated me like family. Unfortunately, I will need to return, but I sure hope she can be my nurse again. All were nice nurses, but she excelled above the rest. Thank you for Nykol.
