Octavian Lungu, RN

I set a new low for being a rude patient. I came right up to the line of being verbally abusive. I am not sure why but I gave Octavian hell. Not only did Octavian not respond in kind, but he was a constant professional throughout. He is a shining example of how a nurse can stay focused on patient care regardless of the circumstances. I finally came to my senses and apologized to him. He graciously accepted my apology and continued to provide me with excellent care. Octavian deserves a field of DAISIES.
