...I've visited the clinic on a regular basis meeting with Doctors, and undergoing a series of tests and examinations to determine my current health situation. On several occasions, patients come in sick and frustrated about their condition, perhaps, having to wait longer than they anticipated or just whatever has them edgy. It is truly at these times that someone within the medical staff should be able to speak with authority, but can also provide some level of comfort with that voice of authority, with compassion and a sense of personal care for the patient. These are attributes I've observed in Nurse Muhammad. She is knowledgeable, smart enough to know that no one has all the answers, but makes every effort to quickly attain an answer for her patients, her word seems to be her bond, if she says she will call back, she does,- research something pertaining your healthcare, she does. And finally, I can say with all certainty, that when Nurse Muhammad was out recently conducting personal business or training, important information pertaining to previous tests were misplaced. I did not appreciate the care I received. Nevertheless, when Nurse Muhammad returned she was able to pin-point the location where the ball was dropped. But as a "Team Player and a Professional", she never once disclosed or pointed a finger at colleague, she simply apologized for the errors made and inconveniences I had experienced. She instructed me how to move forward with my healthcare. And for that, I put my trust in her professional guidance.

Therefore, without hesitation, I can say the level of integrity and professionalism Nurse Muhammad exhibits is exactly what a Healthcare professional and Healthcare System should represent. It appears she obviously loves what she does, and remembers her oath to help the sick. I'm so appreciative of her commitment to serve others. If you have a question, she knows how to interact with her colleges to get the answer for the patient. It appears that patient care is her first priority. She is truly a resourceful and consistently displays a high level of professional training.
