Odette went above and beyond to keep me comfortable and less afraid after having surgery. Her compassion, empathy, and caring were just outstanding. She held my hand-reassured me, explained all my questions and made me feel safe and secure after a very scary surgery. Odette went out of her way to secure the pain medication I so badly needed by calling the doctor and nurse practitioner several times that shift. She came into my room frequently to check on me. Odette is the very definition of what a nurse should be, and I will be forever grateful for her kindness and care, and for getting me through one of the most difficult times of my life!
