Ofelia Fazackerley, RN

I was very sick. The pain in my head and nausea made it very hard to even open my eyes. I was very scared. I was not sure what was expected. Ofelia came in and educated me on drinking juice when the anesthesia wore off. It made the whole difference. Ofelia made me feel I was her only patient. I am a nurse. I know I was not her only patient. She touched me gently, she spoke to me kindly with support and care. She waited until I felt better to change my gown. She changed my bed and took me for a walk. She washed my face and hands with so much love. I felt safe and in good caring hands. I want to extend this overwhelming sense of gratitude toward Ofelia's care. Thank you!
