Ofelia was an amazing nurse to work with. She was patient and kind and listened to our concerns, and she helped make my daughter's day a better one. She had great interactions with my daughter and made sure we had everything we needed. In addition, she also went above and beyond when we had a situation that could have ended very badly. She trusted her gut that something wasn’t right and got to the bottom of it before it was too late. She also explained what had happened and made sure to answer any questions we had. She also reassured us how they corrected the issue and kept following up to make sure everything was going okay. I truly appreciated her help and support and was so blessed to have an amazing nurse take care of my daughter.
