Okey enters your room with a high spirit. He has a positive approach which allows the patient to start the day with a positive outlook on life. He provided all the necessary materials needed for personal use so I didn't have to ask for anything. He is very professional and showed interest in me as a patient that needed care. When I put on the call light he came in with a quick response to my pain medication request. He was timely and efficient. I would like to let him know he gave excellent service and is appreciated.
