My mother experienced incredible care and attention from Oksana during her stay at Nash General. Oksana’s level of care and attention to her needs truly was above and beyond expectations. Oksana’s encouragement and positivity resonated with Mom, and we appreciated it greatly. She took time out of her busy day to check in and ensure that Mom was improving. Oksana embodies the values of Nash General and truly cares about her patients’ well-being. Even when Oksana was not assigned to Mom, she continued to check in and engage with her, encouraging her to continue to do the work to heal. Mom expressed that Oksana “cares and listens,” and that “it means so much when you're sick.” Oksana is an asset to Nash General, and Mom has shared that the nursing care is just wonderful. Thank you.
