I could tell from the first contact that Oksana is a passionate nurse who not only cares about her job, she also cares for the whole person, mentally and physically. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I learned so much from her in the 12 hours she cared for my mom immediately after AVR surgery. She made this scary process so much more bearable. When one of your family members has to go through such an important lifesaving surgery it really helps to have an RN like Oksana there to put things into an understandable perspective and to push the patient past their perceived comfort zone. My mom stayed a week after her surgery and Oksana was by far the most caring and professional nurse we encountered. She gave 110% of her attention to my mom.
