From the moment I made it on the wing, Bisi was a true angel. She stopped me from smoking and stayed on me about it. She did this out of kindness and I truly appreciate it. I should be getting out soon and I owe it to Bisi that cigarettes won't be a part of my routine anymore. She is a DAISY Nurse for her outstanding work and compassionate heart. I want to personally thank her because she took one of the most painful and scary times in my life and kept me comfortable and kept a smile on my face and was here every time I called and attended to all my needs. Thank you for going above and beyond.

I am an ICU nurse here. I was extremely impressed with Olabisi's work ethic and dedication to making things in this hospital flow better. Recently, the ICU was hectic. I was transferring 2 patients to CVU, Olabisi sensed the hesitancy from one of the patients. She instantly received the patient and was willing to help me. Fast forward to today, I received Olabisi's patient. It was brought to my attention that it was Olabisi's critical thinking and swiftness that saved this patient's life. She immediately knew when the patient decompensated and properly notified the right people. The patient was taken to the OR and properly treated. She is a perfect example of what a fellow nurse and team player should be.
