Olawunmi is an exceptional nurse. Her knowledge and dedication to patient care are detailed and individualized. She is genuine and kind and always brings positivity to the unit. I am lucky enough to work beside such a great leader. She has taught me so much already in my short time at Ascension, and I will be forever grateful for the unsurpassed impact she's guided me with. She goes out of her way to ensure each patient feels "seen and heard," and sometimes that is difficult working on a behavioral health floor. She does it with grace. Helping those who are battling mental illness requires courage.
