I was admitted to the outpatient observation unit for my multiple sclerosis. I am convinced that Olga was sent to me as my guardian angel. She was so amazing during my stay. She not only took the best care of me medically, but she also helped me so much mentally. She is so professional and knowledgeable, as well as compassionate, caring, and empathetic with her patients. Northwestern McHenry is so lucky to have her on their team. She made my stay so awesome!!! She was always checking on me and going above and beyond what is required of her profession. She made sure to explain my instructions after checkout and made sure I understood them before I left. My departure was a little sad for both of us, as we developed a strong connection during my stay. I will never forget her, and, within my heart, she will always be my guardian angel.
