Olha Melekhina, a strong, compassionate critical care nurse, is always jumping up to help a peer. Olha, has delivered care in the best way during the worse time. The COVID pandemic changed everything for all critical care nurses. Olha, working bravely with the patients and families that were suffering the most, always offered warm "smiling" eyes. Olha was communicating kindness and compassion to all in need, including her co-workers. Olha is a "nurse's nurse".
