Mr. Oliver Leonoras has helped make my hospital stay helpful. He has provided me with helpful knowledge of my current stay, he has answered everything I have inquired about and treated me with respect, thoughtfulness, care, and availability. There is another OSF employee who has been very focused, thoughtful, and professional as well and they both work in the nighttime hours. These two combined have in my opinion been the backbone so to speak of the professional care I've received. What has separated them from the exceptional care I have received so far was and is compassionate. The others, doctors and nursing staff while being very professional, really have never gone into my care as them. I would not have been able to be where I am at spiritually, mentally, physically, and emotionally without them concerning all issues of my stay here. It is my deepest hope for those two to continue on with helping others here.
