Oliver’s quiet confidence and compassion were very soothing. He was available for any questions, and if he didn’t know the answer, he went to find it and got back to me. He made sure my IVs were comfortable and re-arranged them to make sure that they could be used by the same IV location rather than having to put in another IV access. I never felt so valued and taken care of in my life. When going to sleep, I had such a sense of peace and security that I can’t ever remember experiencing.
