Olivia Ballard, RN

I'm nominating Olivia for the DAISY Award. I have a phobia of needles. When I told Olivia how much I struggled, she was great. She took the time to let me decide where I felt safest for her to try. She was so calm and professional. One moment I was bracing myself, and the next, it was in, and she was done! She's incredibly skilled, and I'm so grateful for how she handled me.
