I was a float pool tech on the 4th floor last week and I had 17 patients. I was slammed all day long. Olivia took all of the vitals for her patients. She constantly took them to the bathroom without being asked, bathed a patient for me, and passed out trays with every meal. She is a new nurse and she is going ABOVE and BEYOND what is expected of her to be a team player. I could not believe how hard she worked to make my day easier. This day could have been a terrible day if it wasn't for Olivia.
