Olivia is an absolute star. I had to stay overnight due to a recovery complication. However, the physician wanted to keep me another night due to waiting for some blood work results that had not come back yet from the lab. Since I had to stay another night, I had no ride to take me home, which was over an hour away. I felt like no one would listen to me other than Olivia. When I told her the situation, she worked with her physicians and arranged for an earlier test, arranged all my discharge instructions to be ready when the results came back, allowing me to leave by 2 pm that day when my ride was available. She’s a hero in my eyes.
