Olivia Bustamante is an exemplary nurse both in patient care and her relationship with her coworkers. When I was starting as a new nurse in this department she helped me so much without any hesitation. She's always ready to jump into any situation even without asking her to do so. She always has a positive attitude and is willing to help and impart her knowledge. Towards her patients, she's very polite and very caring making sure she addresses all their concerns. There was a time when I was called in to come and do an emergency case and needed someone to help me do the procedure. Olivia came and helped out even though she was not on call that day. She is always a joy to work with.
