Olivia is an absolute ray of sunshine that has been needed in our department for a long time. She has open communication with the staff and follows through with events or other items. Olivia is very knowledgeable about emergency medicine documentation and policy. She brings wisdom and stabilization to our department.

The staff has become more engaged in PCIB and shared leadership since she became our manager. Morale has improved, which is a positive thing. She is knowledgeable, and if we have questions, she steps in to help if things get busy for a brief time. Olivia exemplifies dedication to nursing growth and leadership. She is coaching many of us to improve our practive aqnd apply for the Spark Program. Olivia is a wonderful asset to our emergency room ad I am proud to call her my manager.
