Olivia Castellanos, RN

How she introduced herself was wonderful! Throughout my stay she made me feel seen and heard. Like what she does for a living isn’t just her job! She listened with intent to do her very best to make sure I was comfortable. Olivia was also very caring, concerned, funny, and generous, to say the least! During the time I was in her care, she treated me with great respect. Also did everything she said she would and always saw me with a warm smile on her face that also let me know I was in great hands. All that she did was in a timely manner (it doesn’t mean much, but she was efficient). Above all, she is a phenomenal RN, and I say that with love and the utmost respect! I am very blessed and grateful to have had her as an RN and to have had the chance to meet her! I loved how she paid attention to detail and how empathetic she was as if she were in my shoes.
