Olivia Deeck, LPN

Olivia is new to Stanly Manor, yet she has taken on great responsibilities for resident care. She never sits down during her shifts, looks for opportunities to improve the facility, and then completes all that she finds. She acts frequently in the role of a CNA when there is a need and does so with a smile. She is always professional and takes the time and energy to truly maintain a “teamwork” atmosphere. Anytime I have a problem or concern, I know I can count on her to help me. She is kind and patient with the residents and shows true compassion for them. She is always on time for work and almost never misses a day. She is a true teammate and is willing to tackle any obstacle. One night a few months ago, I was working my shift when I began to develop COVID symptoms, she completed my last med pass when I couldn’t without a second thought. I was so thankful for her that night. Olivia is just a nurse that you truly enjoy working with. She has been a true asset to the Stanly Manor team.
