Please commend Olivia for her excellent patient care. She is compassionate and kind. She was very empathetic to my situation as a patient and added several shifts to be there with me as she knew my case. I appreciated her care and commitment to her profession and me as her patient. She is an asset to the ICU and St. Joseph as a whole.
