As we found ourselves in need of picking a hospital, we were very hesitant to come to HCA Conroe Hospital. We came to the emergency room and were pleased with the facility. My husband was admitted and he came to the medical surgical unit 1 south. Olivia was our nurse and as she worked with us, we realized she was very kind and gentle with my husband. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She always had a smile on her face and was always kind to us. She never complained about any request that we may have had. She explained everything that she was doing and kept us informed of my husband's plan of care. We are happy we chose to come to HCA Conroe she made our whole experience better than we could have ever imagined. HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe is fortunate to have such a special, kind and caring nurse on their staff.
