Olivia is awesome-very good at her job and very caring. Not only did she take care of me the other night, but she also had 4 other patients on her own with no nurse assistant and she was still able to go above and beyond! She was my RN one evening and the next she was another lucky person’s RN. But she came in the next day with tips and advice on my concerns. Olivia truly cares about her patients and their needs. You shine bright like a star. Keep shining. She was so concerned with some questions and issues I had that she took them home, thought about them, and worked on answers for me while off the clock!
