My sister was transferred from the nursing home to the ER while I was out of town. I was so sad that I couldn’t be there with her. She was frightened and confused and needed me. This sweet nurse, Olivia Mink, talked with me and was so calming. She promised she would take care of her and let me know what was going on. She followed up with me to tell me they were admitting her and other information. It was so kind and thoughtful. She eased my mind and helped my sister understand what was going on. I appreciate her compassion and the extra time she spent explaining details to me. It means the world when you can’t be there.
