Olivia Morgan, RN

Olivia was my cousin's nurse on a Sunday in April. She is an educated competent nurse. I observed that my cousin was having a change in condition with her mental status and asked her to come in to assess the patient. She came in and realized that the patient was unable to answer questions correctly. She paged the internist, and they ordered a CT scan, which revealed that she had a mass on her brain. This nurse listened to the patient and was an advocate for her. I just wanted to let you know what an outstanding job she did. She showed true compassion and empathy with this patient. Saint Joe's is lucky to have a kind and knowledgeable nurse. She is an outstanding member of your team.
