If you don't already know Olivia Noll then you are missing out on knowing a fabulous friend, coworker, Nurse, and employee. Olivia exemplifies what it means to be a DAISY Honoree. Olivia shows up to work with a bright smile and friendly demeanor which shines throughout the day. She is always eager to work and help her fellow employees by providing assistance and encouragement to all. Her friendly and engaging attitude makes her one of the more popular Nurses with the surgeons who all just love her and enjoy working with her. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. She is a great resource for her fellow nurses as she is always eager to teach and lend a helping hand.

Olivia is not content with just doing her job, she is always looking for ways to learn new skills and seeks out learning opportunities. Currently, Olivia is training to become a scrub nurse because she wants to be able to fill the voids due to open positions in the scrub tech role. Due to Olivia's vast knowledge of circulating Nurses, she is a great advocate for her patients. She has had several great catches in our department ensuring the patient receives the care they need. Her personable attitude and smile often help put her patients at ease before and after their surgery. During local cases where the patients are awake during the procedure, she engages them in conversation to keep them calm and safe. Our patients have nothing but compliments for Olivia. We are so happy to have her as our team member.
