I cannot say enough positive things about Olivia. From the minute she walked into the room, she became a part of our family. She treated us like family and she had known us for years. She is very kind, compassionate, and considerate. When she would come in the room in the middle of the night, she would only turn on the minimal amount of light that she needed vs flipping on all the lights like other employees did. She took extremely good care of my husband and myself. Her empathy and sincere interest was evident every time she attended to us. She was very informative about my husband’s upcoming surgery and about everything she was doing, her professionalism and knowledge when I asked questions was helpful. She is a rare gem! She as been a true blessing to both of us!
