Olivia Paul provided care for my brother for an extended period of time. Olivia’s care was always exemplary, and while all the nurses were kind and caring and did the job, Olivia seemed to do a little extra. She always made sure this patient was "clean and comfortable," exactly what this patient needed in the end. She made sure he had his meds. Little extra details- made herself extra present and available, talked extra to him in his unconscious state, made sure he wasn't solid on her watch, even took out trash that had been left. All while she was training a new nurse! Her care was very admirable.
