I want to thank Olivia, she is an outstanding Nurse. Olivia is very humble, very easy to talk to about my problems and the pain I was in. She reassured me that everything was going to be ok. I can tell that Olivia is dedicated to her patients’ care. She is always making sure that she communicates with me by explaining what is going on. Olivia shows compassion, empathy, patience, and comfort; all the qualities of a super Nurse. It made being in the hospital away from family and loved ones a lot easier when I knew I had a team of great Nurses, like Olivia, advocating on my behalf. I am overwhelmed with the care that I have received. I am forever grateful to have Olivia as my Nurse!
