When I come into work I'm relieved to see Olivia taking care of the patients on my service. She is effective, organized, intelligent and extremely motivated. She always advocates for the patients even if it is not popular.

Olivia took care of a younger patient in the end of his life and she was so very supportive of his family and helped them through the grieving process. She relates on a high level to patients and is a wonderful nurse.
