Olivia Reynolds, RN

Olivia Reynolds took excellent care of me when I came in with a horrible oral abscess. She immediately began my care and explained what would take place during my visit. She assured me that I would receive excellent care from the physician and gave me accurate information. Olivia was sympathetic to my situation and advocated for me to receive care as quickly as possible. This is not the first time that Olivia has been my nurse, and each time she has met me with competence, caring, and efficiency. I always know that I will be well cared for with Olivia on duty. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are treated with dignity and respect. She should be recognized for her professionalism and commitment to safe and compassionate clinical practice.
