When I came into the hospital, I was very depressed; this was the 3rd time I have been hospitalized for the same thing and before this, I had breast cancer and had both of my breasts removed. Olivia treated me like a human, not just another person in the hospital. She had no fear of calling the Doctor when I needed something. When she has a second, she comes in here and talks to me. That helps me so much with my depression.
Olivia goes out of her way to be nice to me. She got me an ice pack when no one else thought of it. She called the Doctors and asked them to up my pain meds for me. She would let me talk to her about what was bothering me, mentally and physically. She is my angel on earth. I hope you know how much she means to me. She has a heart of gold and I can never thank her enough for being so sweet to me. I was on my way to giving up and she talked to me and brought me to my senses. I don't think she realizes what a wonderful person and nurse she is. I will never forget her.
