Olivia Waterman, RN

Olivia went above her normal nursing duties to come out to the waiting room to comfort me after my brother had to be rushed back into surgery from recovery. She came out multiple times to make sure I was updated after his surgery took a turn for the worse. Then came out again before she left her shift to inform her family that the second surgery was finished, and they were closing him up. She was a true blessing.
