Olivia Williams, RN

I came into the clinic to have a total hip replacement. I'm sure it is normal to be nervous, and I was. Olivia was very kind and knowledgeable, but more than that, she had compassion.

I had lost my husband very suddenly in a tragic accident. It has been three years, but I still struggle with this very much. He was my person since I was 16, and I lost him at 60. I brought up that I wish he were there with me, and Olivia was the perfect amount of compassionate. I will always remember that, and it meant so much to me.

Sometimes people minimize our grief, and she did not dismiss my feelings. I felt very seen. Besides all of the compassion, I received very good medical care. I felt I got very good individual attention. I was fortunate to have my twin sister by my side, and everyone was very kind to her as well.

The whole staff was amazing! I'll be back soon for my other hip, and I know I will be happy with my care. Thank you for that!
