Olu was nominated by a peer who was so touched by the way Olu cared for a patient who was confused and agitated. The nomination described the “human touch” and creativity that Olu used with this patient. During the celebration, several staff members shared that this was only one example of Olu’s caring approach to patients, they reported they have seen this numerous times when Olu is caring for patients.
